The Missionary Department of the Archdiocese of Belgrade-Karlovci and the portal “Kinonia”, on the occasion of the second anniversary of the said missionary portal, are organizing a discussion panel on the topic: “Kinonia – a call to community”. The panel will be held in the parish hall of the Church of the Holy Prophet Elijah in the Belgrade neighborhood of Mirijevo, on Monday, September 14, 2026, starting at 6:30 p.m. Below are brief biographies of the participants of the announced panel.
Protopresbyter Dr. Slobodan Jakovljević, parish priest of Čačak and collaborator of the portal “Kinonia”
Protopresbyter Dr. Slobodan Jakovljević was born on October 7, 1985 in Bajina Bašta. After completing primary school, he attended a Theological Seminary of St. Peter Dabrobosanski in Foča. After graduation, with the blessing of the late Bishop of Žiča Chrysostom (Stolić), he enrolled in primary and then master’s studies at the Orthodox Theological Faculty of the University of Belgrade. The late Bishop Chrysostom gave him the episcopal blessing to enroll in doctoral studies. In the meantime, Protopresbyter Slobodan Jakovljević entered the deacon’s and then the presbyter’s ranks. After several scientific papers published in numerous theological journals and in collaboration with his mentor, Prof. Dr. Vladimir Vukašinović, Father Slobodan, was approved by the Academic and Scientific Council of the Orthodox Theological Faculty in Belgrade, at a session held on June 22, 2015, for his doctoral dissertation entitled Liturgical and Historical Analysis of the Influence of the Hierarchical Officials (NBS 640, Deč 135, MSPC Org 3- II-2, PB 21, Savina 7) and Liturgists (MSPC Org 121, Rumyantsov Museum 401) of the Račan Scriptors on the Development of the Liturgical Order of the Serbian Church in the 17th and First Half of the 18th Centuries. The Council of Social and Humanistic Sciences of the University of Belgrade approved the dissertation topic on July 7, 2015 (under No. 61206 – 3139/2-15). On the day of the Holy Martyr Agathonius, September 4, 2018, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Orthodox Theological Faculty of the University of Belgrade. He is a permanent contributor to the “Kinonia” portal.
Protopresbyter Aleksandar Jevtić, parish priest of Kraljevo, editor of the magazine “Žički blagovesnik” and contributor to the “Kinonia” portal
Protopresbyter Aleksandar Jevtić was born on July 6, 1986 in Užice, to father Radojko and mother Cana. After completing elementary school in Bajina Bašta, he enrolled and graduated from the Theological Seminary of St. Peter Dabrobosanski in Foča. He enrolled at the Orthodox Theological Faculty of the University of Belgrade in 2005/2006, and graduated in 2010. He completed his master’s degree at the same faculty in 2012. He was ordained a deacon in 2012, and the same year he was ordained a presbyter. As a cleric of the Diocese of Žiča, he served in parishes in the village of Šljivovica (Municipality of Čajetina) and at the Church of the Holy Apostle and Evangelist Mark in Užice. Since 2015, he has served as a parish priest at the Cathedral Church of Saint Sava in Kraljevo. He is the editor-in-chief of the Žički blagovesnik magazine. He has been a long-time member of the editorial board of the Orthodox Missionary magazine and a permanent contributor to the missionary portal Kinonia. Since taking office as the parish priest of Kraljevo, he has edited the parish newspaper Hram, which is published once a month. He is the author of 12 episodes of the Žički blagovesnik series on RTV Kraljevo, a guest on many television programmes dedicated to our faith, and has given a large number of lectures within the framework of church life in various places within the Serbian Orthodox Church, as well as at various social events. He is the author of several scientific papers and a participant in many theological symposia. He is a doctoral candidate at the Orthodox Theological Faculty in Belgrade, with a topic on theological and psychological aspects of the problem of spiritual despondency and depression. He published a book entitled Lord, where do you dwell? in 2020, and in 2021 he was the editor of a collection dedicated to Dostoevsky entitled The Tempted Thought of Dostoevsky. In 2025, he edited the collection Words Between Heaven and Earth, published by the Diocese of Žiča, in which he collected texts that the Holy Bishop Nikolaj of Ohrid and Žiča published in the Review of the Church of the Diocese of Žiča and the Žiča Herald (Žički blagovesnik) in the period 1919-1941, which in this way became available to the wider reading public. He is married to Nina (nee Kosanović) Jevtić, with whom he has Jefimija, Petkana, Kasija and Teodora.
Dr. Aleksandra Aničić, psychiatrist and contributor to the portal “Kinonia”
Dr. Aleksandra Aničić was born on June 25, 1982 in Valjevo, where she graduated from the Valjevo Gymnasium. She completed her specialization in psychiatry, and then her specialization in forensic psychiatry, at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. Since 2010, she has been employed at the Valjevo Health Centre. She works at the Department of Psychiatry of the Valjevo General Hospital, where she deals with the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders. In addition to clinical work, she actively participates in public education and mental health promotion, with a special emphasis on destigmatization of psychiatric disorders and bringing psychiatry closer to the general public. She is a regular contributor to the “Kinonia” portal.
Sanja Anđelković Lubardić, Editor-in-Chief of “Hram” Television
Sanja Anđelković Lubardić is a master degree professor of Serbian language and literature. She completed her undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade. She worked at TV Studio B from 1996 to 2024. She was the editor and host of the City Programme of the aforementioned television station for many years. With the blessing of His Holiness the Patriarch of Serbia, Mr. Porfirije, in 2024 she was appointed Editor-in-Chief of “Hram” Television and Radio “A Word of Love”(“Slovo ljubve”). She participated in the founding of the Serbian Orthodox Church Television. She was a consultant in the establishment of Radio Svetigora in the Metropolinate of Montenegro and the Littoral, a producer of the project “Let us Raise the Stupovi” („Podignimo Stupove“), and made a valuable contribution to the new format of the newspaper of the Serbian Patriarchate „Pravoslavlje“, in whose editorial office she worked for many years. For a time, she successfully led the Belgrade correspondent office of „Svetigora“, from which Radio „Slovo ljubve“ was later founded, where she edited several well-known programmes for many years. She is the author of numerous scientific papers, a media and PR consultant and lecturer. Since the establishment of the portal „Kinonia“ in September 2024, she has contributed in various ways to the missionary activity of the first missionary project of this type operating within the Missionary Department of the Archbishopric of Belgrade and Karlovci.
