The editorial team of Hram TV of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovci of the Serbian Orthodox Church—produced a report within its „Church News“ segment covering the gathering held to mark the second anniversary of the missionary activities of the „Kinonia“ portal, which operates within the Archbishopric’s Missionary Department. We present the report in full, with gratitude to the Hram TV editorial team, led by Ms. Sanja Anđelković Lubardić.
To mark the portal’s second anniversary, the Missionary Department of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovci and the „Kinonia“ portal organized a panel discussion titled „Kinonia – A Call to Community.“
The gathering took place at the Church of the Holy Prophet Elijah in the Belgrade neighborhood of Mirijevo, held with the blessing of the attending hierarch—Bishop Heruvim of Osječko Polje and Baranja—and in the presence of numerous abbots, priests, monastics, and deacons, as well as members of the professional community and the interested public. The panel participants were regular contributors to the „Kinonia“ portal: Protopresbyter Dr. Slobodan Jakovljević (parish priest in Čačak); Protopresbyter Aleksandar Jevtić (parish priest in Kraljevo and editor of the Eparchy of Žiča’s publication *Žički Blagovesnik*); psychiatrist Dr. Aleksandra Aničić (Valjevo Hospital); and moderator Sanja Anđelković Lubardić (Editor-in-Chief of Hram TV). The opening remarks were delivered by the department head, Presbyter Dr. Oliver Subotić.
Catechist Branislav Ilić, editor of the „Kinonia“ portal, addressed the gathering with words of gratitude.
At the conclusion of the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to distinguished collaborators and friends of the „Kinonia“ portal. Recipients included Hram TV (of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovci, Serbian Orthodox Church) and our journalists Marija Petrović and Jana Okilj, in recognition of their contributions to the portal’s work.
